miscarriage signs

Hi this is my third pregnancy, my first ended in a missed miscarriage, then I had my son.  After trying for six months I am now 7 weeks pregnant.  For the first couple of weeks I was nauseous, waking up early to pee, and my breasts were slightly sore.  I am still vomiting, but not getting up to pee in the morning (I also had a UTI that is now being treated), I my breasts are not sore at all to touch though I get an occasional twinge in them.  What do you guys think, any  hope that this pregnancy will continue?  I have heard that some women don't get sore breasts with the subsequent pregnancies.

if you are worried just call your doctor and schedule to have hcg levels done because as long as they are doubling you are fine.  I am sure your fine but if that will ease your mind to see with concrete evidence:)  Good luck

Sounds like you are fine to me. Lots of women don't even get sore boobs at all, and every pregnancy is different.

I'm a little paranoid about watching for signs that I'm no longer pregnant because with the last miscarriage I walked around for 5 weeks with a non living fetus thinking I was still pregnant and I don't want to go through that again.

no bleeding, I was having mild cramping the last couple of days but it felt more like muscles stretching to me, my other miscarriage started with spotting and that cramping is much more painful..  I'm just concerned that my breasts aren't sore.

Are you having any cramping or bleeding?  The signs you are talking about sound like pregnancy not mc.  Sorry for your previous loss.  Good luck!
