mommas breastfeeding their babys?

How much are you ladies getting out on each side??  Pumping or latching either or? My baby is 4 weeks on the 1st im only getting about 1-2 oz every 2 hours is that normal what can I do to increase ive tried everything tea lots of water milk oatmeal and still doesnt go up

You can always pump more. Its a supply and demand kind of thing. Pump for a few minutes after milk stops coming out and it should tell your body to produce more.

Well kus its soo hard to latch him im jus pumping I use a nipple shield to latch him at times but when I put him on my boob he whines

thats normal..coz thats the point when you feed him colostrum.. eventually after a while, it'll be easier..if youre having issues producing milk, try looking for moringa capsules.. and drink lots of water.. and always add some soup in your meals..i breastfed with my first and will be doing the same this time..
