morning sickness

Just wondering how the morning sickness varies from woman to woman...like what you experienced, what helped? How long throughout the day? And anything else that would be helpful

I think I had it worse with my boys and not so much with my girls.  With my last one it was the worst.  I barely ate for weeks.  This time I'm about 5 wks 2 days and so far no real morning sickness....I have bouts where my tummy feels a little nauseaus but no throwing up, no keeping me from eating, so we'll see how it goes.

27 weeks and have thrown up a at least one, most of the time twice, a day since 6 weeks. Saltines have never worked for me, neither has ginger ale. I've tried the vitamins and others things also and they didn't work. The nausea usually starts midmorning and lasts until bedtime. I have found that lemon water works the best for me, though not all the time. I was the same with my first son. I was throwing up on the day I went into labor. :)

Im 8 1/2 weeks right now. This nausea just hit me like a ton of bricks for the past few days. Some say to eat saltine crackers before even getting out of bed. tried it didn't work. Some say ginger tbalets or ginger ale. tried it didn't work. The only thing so far that helps me is eating an aple everytime i feel it coming on. Some say not to get hungry at all because it will make you nauseated. But apple always does the trick for me.
