I always had some kind of hot drink (tea or coffee) first thing in the morning and ate something small with it. Usually something like toast or a bagel. Just make sure you always have something in your stomach but dont eat til youre full either. And I know it sounds weird, but my doctor told me if its one of those days where nothing stays down, try salt and vinegar chips. It helped me.
Eating bananas helped me, that's all I could eat for three months! Kept me full without getting sick, they r a good source of vitamin B6 which helps against nausea.
I got medicine from my doctor after getting dehydrated in the hospital for throwing up so much. And crackers always helped me. Never let yourself get too hungry or too full. I also brought a small bottle of air freshener in my purse to spray when my nose went nuts on me and made me nauseous.
I snacked in bagels and frozen waffles, drank ginger ale. Also for those mornings where you can't throw up anything and your just dry heaving, I could drink a small cup of milk so I would at least be throwing up something besides bile.
Ginger ale was good anything ginger really and something bland to eat in the morning (crackers/bread)
My dr told me to try papaya enzyme tablets. But I'd ask yours before you take them
Drinking tea first thing in the morning helped me and keeping mint gum close by. You can also ask ur dr for meds that help with the morning sickness. :) good luck!
