Apparently the travel sick bands that you can get for your wrists that put pressure on your pressure points work really well if you don't use them all day long (or your body gets used to them). Have had two friend wear them who swear by them. A little hard to use if you are still trying to hide the pregnancy though! They are a dead give away!
thanks alot girls i will try some am 6 weeks i cant eat nothing i feel like i will vomitt its really bad
I heard that too much ginger can be bad for you so be aware of that. I'm miserably sick too. As long as I'm awake I'm nauseated. How far along are you? I like to snack on honey cheerios throughout the day. It seems to take the edge away.
My doctor prescribed Phenegran for me but I can't say that helped me a whole lot. But for some, it really helps from what I've read on this forum. There is also something called Preggo Pops (suckers for pregnant women). I don't know how they work because I just found out about them with my last pregnancy and was past the sick point when I did. I'd sure try them though. I also drank Peach/Ginger tea. It tastes good and the ginger helped. I also ate peppermint ice cream. Blue Bell makes it during the holidays so you should be able to find it at the store. But all the ice cream shops/stores have it all year round. I was willing to try just about anything. I was sick all the time!!! Oh, and that tea is not with the regular teas. Try by the coffees. It's made by The Republic of Tea.
Ginger Ale! and toast with just very little butter helped me. and Chamomile tea. at night.
I found candied ginger or just the ginger capsule, it helped somewhat with my morning sickness. I hear peppermint helps too.
