For the acid reflux and heartburn when you lay down to sleep at night try to not eat anything or drink anything carbonated 30 to 45 minutes before you go to be and drink a glass of milk right before you go to lay down. You won't get either and if it's really bad and wakes you up in the middle of the night like it does me you can take two tums cuz it helps with both. I had it happen to me for a week straight and finally called my birthing center at 3 in the morning to find out if there was anything i could do and tthat's what the nurse told me.
