my SIL is 34 weeks pregnant and she has been throwing up for a day and a half

she just called me and said she has been throwing up since yesterday. i told her that her morning sickness was probably coming back but then she informed me that she has a fever of 100.2 and that her hands and feet are swollen.. She said she feels achy every where and that she has also had loose stools since yesterday.. Could it be the flu? I mean she has a lot of symptoms that could be other things but they dont really go together.. she wants to know if she should worry

Swelling, lower back pain, stomach pains and nausea/vomiting are symptoms of Pre-eclampsia...I'd seek medical attention immediately, especially if she is 34 weeks along. Not saying this is what the problem is, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
