Not sure if your able to do this at your job but try and eat a little something every few hours instead of just one big meal. I've been working thirds during my pregnancy too and I starting bringing things like bananas, apples with peanut butter and yogurt. Bananas are high in potassium which helps restore muscle tissue that may be stretching, peanuts give you protein which may help with any fatigue you are having. I had wicked heartburn the first month so the yogurt really helped with my digestion. If you can't stop to eat maybe hide some crackers or trail mix in your pockets while working to munch on. (I used to work overnights in a wh too, they didn't exactly let us take snack breaks but maybe they will make an exception for your situation).

I'm having the same pains. Mine are worst when I've been sitting down and then I stand up. Feels like in tearing my muscles!
