If the nail polish or the nail-polish remover has toluene in it, avoid it, as it is a carcinogen.

I pained my nails while preg. and had no problem. I even went to get my nails done. I recomend it cause with everything that your body is going through sometimes you dont feel like it is your body any more and by going and doing something for just yourself it helps. I also never stoped useing any produts while pregnant. I only did not use bleech but that is because I am alergic to it not cause of the baby. I believe any product is fine just as long as you are not in an inclosed room with it. I even painted we just made sure to have plenty of air moving in the room and I took breaks.

I still paint my nails as long as ur not in the close room should be fine. The others I would say bleach but like I said as long ur not in close doors, u don't want to pass out..
