Im 8 weeks and im trying to stop using my afrin but couldnt sleep at all cause i cant breathe, ive tried all saline sprays and noyhing works...what does everyone use to.help them.breathe at night...is nasal spray seriously that bad if i use it? Help i need sleep
Call your OB! She'll know of stuff that she can prescribe for you, or refer you to someone else. :)
Sadly i already take all that stuff for allergies...my nose just is so stuffy at night
If it's,allergies you could take benadryl. That helps me when im sick and stuffy.
