My partner is very supportive and he thinks i can do it, which helps a lot! I was in labor for 6hours with my 1st and i spent probably 3-4hours of that with with no pain relief and the rest with just gas and air which is why i wanna try no pain relief with this one! Thank you for sharing your experience!
Has anyone else got some advice or their experience! A positive experience will be nice to here as well!
You just have to stay strong and try not to give into the urge of pain meds.... I went natural with my second and to this day I kind of regret it.... I was in so much pain all I was doing was screaming and crying so I wasn't able to enjoy the experience at all....with my first I hadthe epidural but it was turned off for the last two hours and delivery and the pain was quitemanageable.... With the baby I am currently pregnant with I am deciding to use the walking epidural which gives you freedom to move aroun no cathetar and you still feel contractions just not nearly intense which for me I think it will make the labor and birth quite an enjoyable experience.... If you want the natural labour just make sure you have a good support partner or doula that will help you through the pain
