natural labour after being induced with 1st

I would like to go into labour naturaly this pregnancy.i was induced at 42weeks with my last.how likely is it that i might go into labour naturaly this time? And also if i do get induced again can i walk around or will i have to be costantly monitared? My last birth was very long painful and complicated and my baby was huge

I managed to go on my own after being induced the first time. Like you my induction was long, painful and ultimately complicated. My natural birth was a fantastic experience which I really hope I can repeat this time. If you are induced with the drip then I think you have to stay on the bed but there is a gel that they can put on the cervix to help with dilation which I think would allow you to be more active. If they didnt before then a membrane sweep could also help you, I went into labour less than 24hrs after mine. Speak to your doc or midwife, they should be able to advise you.
