need advice

Hi< I really need advice, I had 2 home pregnancy tests which stated that I was pregant I then had an electronic test done which showed that I was 2-3 weeks pregnant, I had cramps and went to a private hospital the doctor said without a scan just a pee test that I am indeed pregnant and that the cramps is from a bladder infection. that was Saturday evening, Monday morning I went for a sonar and the doctor first asked me if I ate something because my acid levels are high and he cannot see anything, he did a scan and a vaginal ultrasound and said that there was no baby and he is 150% sure that i had a miscarriage, but i have not bled or felt pain, is it maybe too soon to show on a sonar and he is just wrong? because Ive had 2 miscarriages before and had to go for EVAC procedures and everything to ensure the particles werent left behind, he did nothing and just said I lost the baby?

My sister in law went through this same thing! It was too early to see the baby on an ultrasound and they just told her she lost it.. Which to me was awful and unprofessional bc ive been through a miscarriage and that needs to be something you are 200% sure about before you tell someone. They did the same thing, sent her home with no follow up appointment or explanation... She now has a sweet 9 month old little girl. I would go get a second opinion. Get blood drawn to check your HCG levels. If you miscarried they should be dropping, which I'm sure you already know. I hope that doctor is wrong! Keep us posted:)

2-3 weeks only? He wouldn't find a heart beat that early they couldn't find a heart beat on me at 9 weeks! he had to do a transvaginal to even find a heart beat on me and he's a very high rated Dr probably the best in my town even has the 3d thing there. I'd say give it a couple weeks then find a different obgyn and try to stay away from acidy stuff and try a ultrasound then I've read that blood usually comes before pain but you'd know more about that than i would, if your not bleeding and have bleed tell him to shove it how can you misscarry and not have all that blood and pain? I'm sorry but i don't like that Dr I'd try a new one, my Dr couldnt find a heart beat at 9 weeks told me to come back and he'd to a ultrasound to see what's going on didn't even do a pregnancy test and never asked if i was for sure i was pregnant best of luck let us know what happens:)
