no sickness is this normal?

So far I'm just over 6 weeks pregnant, I've had a lot of nausea, sore boobs and cramping, are these all good signs of a healthy pregnancy? Should I be having morning sickness by now?

not everyone experiences morning sickness. I did not. And b/c of that i didn't know i was even pregnant (i had irregular periods and was not trying to conceive at the time)  I have a healthy child. I would not worry much about not having morning sickness. It might still happen, or maybe you will be one of the more lucky fortunate people :-)Sounds like your obviously still having normal pregnancy symptoms. Good luck to you and your growing baby

this is my first pregnancy out of four now that I DO NOT feel pregnant at all!
No sickness, no sore boobs, no nothing at all!
The only reason I know Im pregnant is because Ive had Ultrasounds and Im not getting period!
I feel normal as can be!
I get worried, but I think I'll be better once I can feel the baby moving inside!
Good luck have a happy pregnancy!

Not every pregnancy is the same. Some women are blessed with NO symptoms, some women have it had for several months. A friend of mine had no symptoms until 8 weeks and then spent the next 3-4 weeks with morning sickness and then it was gone. Count yourself lucky that you don't have any morning sickness and fingers crossed it stay that way :-)

Definitely ok. Symptoms don't indicate viability, and even with them you can still lose the pregnancy. Just enjoy it, it's definitely no fun vomiting all the time. :)

With my last pregnancy I was vomiting a few times a day (which is supposed to indicate a healthy pregnancy) and miscarried it a few days after I got the positive test. I wouldn't put too much thought into them really--they cause nothing but unneeded stress and worry.

Trust me you don't want to ask for more nausea. You may just be the lucky one who doesn't get sick all that much! :-) I only got my nausea after I found out I was pregnant. Like the next day LOL! until then I was perfectly fine and had NO symptoms whatsoever. If you get cramping I suggest to lay down, find the best position that makes you feel comfortable and rest. It's normal to be worried especially during first three months. Your body is going to experience new, unknown pains every day. I think you're lucky to only have these symptoms and they are VERY MUCH SO healthy symptoms of the healthy pregnancy <3
