I was experiencing the same exact thing starting from week 7. It was so bad as i was actually vomiting all day. It just started to ease up as I entered the 2nd trimester, around 13-14 weeks. I am now 16 weeks and I still get random bouts of nausea, but nowhere near what I had before. My doctor advised me to eat whatever i could keep down, and not to worry too much about nutrition at this point (4-13 weeks). Feel better soon!
I'm the same way. I just do not throw up and never did even if I got the flu. Just get nauseated from morning to night. It's miserable. Wish I could puke because I feel like I'd feel better. It's going away a bit now at 12 weeks except for yesterday.
Im 8 weeks and sick and nauseous constantly which has led me to have ketones in my wee as my body goes into starvation mode. Its horrid isn't it. Hope it eases soon x melon helps me a little its food but also gives u the fluids u need x
Im 7 weeks, first baby, and havent been too sick. Ive been nauseous but nothing too serious. Ive found strong ginger and honey tea first thing in the morning to work. This sortof helps me start the day not feeling nauseous, however, I do experience some later on but I seem to catch it in time by drinking tea or chewing gum or peanuts. I have slight cramps too but just let them run their course or lie on my side. Good luck, hope you find your fix!
Thank you so much!! I love ice!
Im 10 weeks 3 days and i was feeling the exact same as you. This is my first kid. Ive never vomited to this day and i feel so sick. Try ice. Have crackers in your bag. Im not sure if you can get panadol where your living (im in New Zealand) but panadol is safe in pregnancy for headaches :). Hope this helps :)
As for mood swings i get quite emotional. Angry one min then really upset the next. Its all part of pregnancy :)
