normal aches and pains?

Ok this is my first pregnancy (minus one early miscarriage) so I am new to all of these changes in my body. I haven't seen a doctor yet to ask but I am wondering if all these aches and pain are really normal for an early pregnancy (6 weeks?).  Sometimes I have menstrual type cramps and other times I just feel achy and uncomfortable.  Plus some of my symptoms (breast tenderness, fatigue, always hungry, etc) seem to have gone away quite a bit.  Is it normal for that to happen? For things to come and go and to have painful cramps? I haven't had any spotting but I just want some reassurance.

I was the same. I had a MC at 6 weeks my first pregnancy. I am now 21+4. I've had a lot of aches and pains as well. As long as you're not having extreme pain and bleeding, try not to worry. When I worry or get stressed, my pains seem to be worse. Also stay hydrated. Sometimes that can be a factor. I know it's scary but everything you are experiencing is normal. :)

Its totally normal it happens to me especially when im dehydrated i start drinking more water and then it goes away. My dr said that when your dehydrated your uterus may start to contract and hurt it can be bad later on the pregnancy because you can actually go on early labor. Just make sure youre drinking enough water or it could be your uterus stretching, round ligament pain nothing serious but call an advice nurse or email your doctor just so that youre more relaxed knowing everythings good ive been to my dr like 3 times for the same thing but so far my babys good...
