not dilated..
Ftm 37+1 and I'm not dilated or effaced at all as of my appointment friday. I have another appointment this friday and I'm scared I'll still not be dilated at all. Is this normal?
Dilation really doesn't mean anything until you're in labor. You can go from a 0-10 overnight or within hours. Some doctors don't even check for dilation until you go over your due date. But I went from a 1-4 overnight(: every woman and their bodies are different! Don't stress too much!
