not feeling prego at 4 months

Hello im 21 almost 22 and am 4 months prego and not feeling prego at all anymore unless it comes to food. I was wondering if this is normal during your second trimester. Btw my baby is healthy and a little thumb sucker already...

Ive herd they call the second trimester of.pregnancy the honeymoon stage because everything is.so much better no morning sickness u feel the baby kick. U find out what ur having. Everything is good.in the second trimester but some women arnt that lucky!

I'm 37+3 and still don't feel pregnant I had no symptoms throughout my whole pregnancy
