Soo I know by how far along I am (18 weeks and 6 days) I'm supposed to b eating but I'm just not hungry... I eat once a day n if I try n eat more I feel sick to my tummy or throw it up... idk wat to do... help plz...

also, get a blood test, see if you're anemic! tha is a symptom of enemia, which is even highr risk for preterm labor. if your nail beds are whitish, you look pale, dark under eyes, little appetite, and slow and tired, u could very well be anemic. i am! todays my first day of taking an iron supplement. should help!

Eat as much as you can handle, I'm 15w4d and I only eat once a day also. Just be sure to take your prenatals and drink plenty of water!
