nyquil and dayquil before I knew I was pregnant

I recently found out I am pregnant. I am 6 weeks. When I found out I was 5 1/2 weeks and the previous week I had been taking nyquil and dayquil. I did not know I was pregnant and now I am worried I have caused long term harm to my unborn child. My first ultra sound isn't for a couple weeks and all I have been doing is worrying.

yeah I had also drank some alcohol one day when I was almost 3 weeks. which was also before I knew.It was just that once so I guess what worries me is that I have done more than one thing that you shouldn't do while pregnant. I am really hoping everything is fine. I think I may just be over thinking it. thank you ladies!

Your baby will most likely be perfectly fine. I found out I was pregnant the week after my birthday and my whole birthday week I drank a lot, smoked and rode roller coasters lol now I'm 27 weeks and my baby is very healthy. Most women do things they shouldn't during the first few weeks of pregnancy because they don't know they're pregnant yet, and most of the time their babies turn out fine.
