omega 3 during pregnancy

what is the right amount of omega 3 during pregnancy? i got 1000 mg per softgel is that safe?

omega 3..i was taking them recently stopped cuz i think it was delaying af..ne way u would take it as directed on the bottle...they are harmless and very good for unborn child...u can google  it if i was no help..lol

I talked to my Dr when I first found out and I can't remember how much he said. I do know that I take 2 pills and they are 1000mg each. I do remember him saying if you don't take at least a certain amount it would have no effect or help on the development of the brain.

I think you need to ask your doctor before taking any omega 3. I have heard that it helps when you are trying to conceive but I am not sure about when you are already pregnant or how much.
