omg ouch!

Okay, I'm 21 weeks today and all day I have been having this terrible pain in my left hip, pelvic area...it feels like my hip popped out and is now pinching a nerve...it hurts to lift my leg at all and my hubby actually had to push me unto the car because I physically couldn't lift my leg enough to get in...I talked to my aunt who is an rn and she said it sounds like baby is sitting on my siatic nerve...when I was preggo with my daughter I had bad siatic pain, but it was always in my butt/ back. I've had that with this one too, but never this bad. Any other ladies out there felt this and know what it is or what I can do for it? Please, any insight would be appreciated!

I have hip pain currently with our 4th child. I also had several issues with our 3rd. I went to a physical therapist and did a few exercises to help. The biggest help has been a brace that I wear on my lower back made for pregnancy. Helps hold up my uterus and takes the pressure off. Also when laying in bed and rolling or standing up keep your knees together.
