over weight. and sore knees.

So ive started back at work as a register girl at a supermarket. Ive got the mats you stand on and good shoes with inner soles. But im still getting sore knees. A big bruise kinda thing has started on the inner bit of each knee. Almost like a vain. Has anybody else had this?
I work 5hours a day 4days in a row. Im 13weeks.

And I agree, id talk to your dr. It could be something as simple as an iron deficiency but it could be more than that too.

You should talk to your doctor, the bruise thing is a bit concerning. Rest frequently and invest in some good shoes

Make sure that as soon as you get home to take a shower and put your feet up. Sounds like blood could be pooling around your knees. I'm over weight with knee problems too but this isn't one of them. Also drink lots of water to thin your blood, it should make it move better :) and try not to lock your knees while standing. If you need to **** then take a potty break and **** on the toilet with you

I am also pretty overweight, and I see I chiropractor for my migraines but when my knees starting hurting he was able to adjust them too, not sure what it is but something about pregnancy makes em slip and slide where they are not supposed to be.. It isnt painful to fix so maybe its something a chiro could help with....just an idea :)
