It is more than likely pregnancy induced carpel tunnel syndrome. It does however go away after baby is born, and it is 100% normal and very common. I suffer from it with every pregnancy, and I found that warm compresses like a heating pad help a lot. Also talk to your OB at your next appointment and he/she can advise on what type of wrist supports or braces to wear to help the pain. Tylenol is safe for pregnancy and help eleviate any inflammation in your joints.

I hope this helps, I know it can be a bummer, but your almost done with the pregnancy so relief will come soon!
