Do you ladies know what to take when your throat ia just bugging you and when you cough it hurtss to the back of your throat. I woke up xoughing, and oh my, did it hurt a lot ! I don't know qhat to take . Any help? I know you cant drink mwdicine when you're pregnant.

Try gargling hot water with vinegar and salt to kill any bacteria giving you a sore throat.

You can take robitussin

Put a teaspoon of honey and some lemon in hot water abd drink that with 2 paracetamol. Works a treat x
