painfull bloating??

so i'm about 12-13 or so weeks pregnant with baby no. 2... and i think i had painfull bloating a few times for the past two weeks..i'm not sure if its bloating or what it is..first time it happened the morning after i ate spicy indian takeaway food, and i woke up because of pain, in the morning, it was like cramps, but not like period cramps, cause period cramps feel more on the inside of the belly, but this was like on the outer layer of the belly... (hope i'm explaining it well), and i had to go to the toilet, and the indian food wasn't going out of me nicely..was painful :/ sorry for being gross:)
so i thought, fine, the cramps could've been because of the spicy food.. so i forgot about it... but then it happened a few more times..and it happened today in the morning..i didn't eat anything funny yesterday.. i woke up because of pain, but i didn't have to go to toilet, not constipated or anything...and the cramps didn't last long..only about 5-10 mins, but it seemed like a long time, because they were really painfull, and they were coming ang going..is that normal?
and i would feel a little bit like that during the day, but its not painfull much almost not noticeble..

so is that normal? is it bloating?

i've no problem with constipation..and i haven't vomited once since i got pregnant, just bad nausea..and i drink enough liquid..could i be dehydrated too? i have a scan appointed next friday, so i'll ask them if its normal

I had cramps like that a few days ago, I actually cried! But the next morning I woke up terribly gassy and I had a bm (first in two days). Soooo my midwife said it was probably dehydration which caused constipation, which caused pain. I've also been vomiting non stop though, sooo I KNOW I'm dehydrated.

i remember braxton hicks, with my first baby, and they were similar to period pain...and this is not..the pain is not like period pain

Maybe braxton hicks contractions or the food not settling well :/ hope u figure it out I'm sure it is normal though girl :)
