Sleeping on my sides have been so bad lately! I usually sleep on a recliner right now. Haha thank you so much for all the help :)
Just your pelvis stretching preparing your body for labor. I've had it since 30 weeks AND ITS HORRIBLE. Literally worse than ever now at 39 weeks I can't even walk or move my leg in bed takes me 5 mins to roll over and 10 to actually get up!
You can take warm baths, sleep with a pillow between your legs, birthing balls are most comfy to sit on, and keep your knees together when rolling over or getting out of bed :)
