I am 24 weeks and the doc said that it is how she is positioned. Her head is right on my pelvis and lays there all night. I wake up and can't hardly get out of bed because I am so stiff.I have found laying on my left side with a pillow between my legs and my right leg bent more than my left relieves most of the pain in the morning but it is still there, just not as bad. Hope this helps you.

Hi! I'm 28 weeks pregnant and I'm experiencing pelvic pain- though not as excruciating as yours- usually when I walk. I'm also onto my third child and I don't remember experiencing this before. Did you get any help? Any answers? What does this come from?
