please give some success stories with MACA
this cycle i m taking maca. should i take whole month or just half of cycle not in tww? i take green tea too everyday. i read one of posts that she took n got pregnant.

Well ill be joining you this month just waiting for mine to arrive i ordered them 2days ago currently on CD2 so hoping they arrive soon. Iv read diff storys where people have taken it all month and just up until ovulation im going to take 1000mg (2 x500mg) a day all the way through the cycle im also going to do a cycle of Clomid this month again iv had 2 months break now!
Hoping this is our month!! Fingers crossed.

The only down side to taking higher doses is it can cause shifts in mood,increased libido (easily aroused & very wet.. tmi sorry) and bad break outs. My skin got horrible but everything else started working so well I dealt with that for a few months. But everyone is different.
Well I was taking maca root the gelatinized powder over the summer up until this fall. It wasn't to get pregnant but to regulate my menstrual cycle. So after about a few weeks of taking rather high doses (I forget the amount) I got my period & again & again. They also came at or around the same time. which was not normal for me. I'm used to not having periods. Um.. few months down the line I end up preggers! Conceived in January (again not trying) but I really think the Maca Root Powder assisted with my reproductive system. Therefore helping me get pregnant.

Here is a link to the story I read that encouraged me to try maca. I only took it the week before ovulation and the week of ovulation. I drank green tea up until I received my BFP.
