pooping issues? tmi

I am getting so frustrated!! a lot of pressure down in my butt area from baby and that makes me constipated BAD. I had sum small hemmrhoids but tonight I think I killed my butt! I felt like I had to go I regret it. It would only come so far and it would budge anymore. I had to manually help myself go because it wouldn't come out and I couldn't stand up!! Now I have a huge hemmrhoid ( it doesn't hurt that bad) but I feel a lot of pressure when I walk. What do I do. I've talked to my Dr she wouldn't give me anything. I've tried eating more fiber but not much luck obviously. Help!!!!

Try a small cup of coffee (decaf will work if you prefer). I had the exact same problem minus the hemorrhoids, I was in sooo much pain. But I drank a cup of coffee and about 20-30min later I was rushing to the bathroom!

I tried everything the only thing that work great for me was prune juice

Its so wierd because I've bled before way worse but didn't have to bad a hemmrhoid, now I only bleed a tiny bit but the hemm is worse looking

Water, exercise and fiber bars !! Its all that works for me I have hemorrhoids too because I end up not going for 3 days if I don't eat fiber bars. They are way easy, just make sure to keep eating one (or two sometimes, if they are a weaker brand and you really wanna make sure you can go) every day! I have had serious problems if I don't- hortible cutting feeling when I go, and lots of blood!

Its been horrible. Yeah I'm getting sum metamucil 2morrow. Hopefully it does the trick.

Girl this same exact thing happened to me the other day. I drank some Metamucil and it seemed to help some. But like others said lots of water.

Fiber!! Lots of it. And make sure you're well hydrated. I had that problem and ate a whole load of ice cream tho lol

U can get a fiber  drink that we'll help trust me I was in same boat now go everyday ..I drink it everyday

I will try sum of that.. Also does anyone know if zinc oxide ointment is safe to use externally on hemmrhoids? Its 200 mg

I used milk of magnesia and it didn't give me any stomach cramps like som stuff will drink with a lot of water

Looooots of water! I used an over the counter stool softener a few times and if that doesn't work, maybe some coffee

What kind of suppositories?

I'm pretty sure stool softeners are safe and also try using a suppository... they work wonders lol.
