My dr put me on a daily stool softener
Cranberry juice, prunes, raisins, any fruit, and loss odd water helps. I heard sleeping on your left side helps with digestion.
yeah... im 26w3d and i still get it. comes and goes. lol
Yeah its normal. I've actually gotten better at pooping now that I'm a few days over 17 weeks lol.
Ugh god yes >.< but constipation during pregnancy is normal
