The only way to answer that is to take another test in a few days.  It's possible you could be or your body could still be adjusting from the procedure you had done.

You can get pregnant straight away but they dont advise you to have ANY sexual contact at all for the first 2 weeks due to an infection. Depending on what type of abortion you had. Everyones body is different. You can get a period straight away some peoples periods take MONTHS to come back its all about your body...
You could have a clot or something. I woud go to your docs. Did they send you for a follow up a week later? Like they are meant too?
Too make sure everything went okay. But if you have had negative tests and havent had a period in a while. Go and see your GP they will give you a blood test or send you for a scan.
Good Luck

It will take time for your body to regulate after giving birth. You can retest in a few days to see if you have gotten pregnant again!

it's possible that you can be pregnant. take another test to see. it's best to take it with first morning urine. and if you don't want a baby, use protection. abortion is not birth control.
