pregnancy and bloating

I am going on being 8 weeks pregnant and I am so bloated! I mean I am kind of a big girl anyways but I look like I am 3 months pregnant! I don't know if it is because I am kind of constipated or what but its killing me! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, I am just trying to find some answers and saw thet you're 8weeks pregnant and bloated, so if you please help me! I have fertility problems, 4years of trying and finaaly did some tests, everything is fine, but my left tube is blocked. I had hycosy test that deected that, and had inetrcourse during my ovulation. Thy said there is a chance of a pregnancy after hycosy, and I feel abelievablle bloated and crampy. Did you feel this symptoms in early pregnancy?
I have an answer for you for constipation in pregnancy, had many pregnant friends!!!!! So, you need to take always a glass of warm water, and after that take fresh banana.

Try it!!!!

Its completely normal.  I never did find a solution for the bloating but it tends to ease up in the 2nd trimester.

could be both...maybe gas pains? too...hmm i feel the same way in this is my second pregnancy. Is this your first one? Could be your uterus stretching...If you have tummy pains my boyfriend always told me to lay on my tummy...it helps relieve and pain or gas or whatever. And since your still pretty early it shoud be fine
