Remember the above are only guidelines. Every pregnancy is different. Low HCG could mean a miscarriage or threatened miscarriage. It could also mean the dates are off and you aren't as far along as you think. With HCG, the levels matter to a degree, but what matters more is if they are doubling every 48 hours or so. Have they are are they going to recheck your levels?

It's possible you have miscarried, are they going to re-check your levels?
