pregnancy

I have an an sergical abortion, but i still feel pregnant. I was 9 weeks pregnant when i had it done. I still feel a lil movement in my stomach, and ive put on 10 pounds. Some stuff i eat taste funny and i still feel sick some days. I have headaches almost every day. my stomach is beginning to feel hard. if im still pregnant, i would be around 11 weeks now.could i still be pregnant?

ok. I will get an check up with my obgyn. I been sick all day today. and my stomach feels hard.

It's possible. Abortions do after all fail, just not often. Did you ever go to the follow up exam or schedule one? If not, you need to go in.

Was the abortion done because baby had passed, or was it because you didn't want to be pregnant?

Movement from baby is unlikely, but might be possible. (I know other women who have had a few children who feel it that early, but if you're a first time mom it's unlikely) Your weight gain is concerning. Even pregnant women don't gain that in 2 weeks, or at least shouldn't.

You will also "feel" pregnant until your hCG has dropped under 5. Since it's only been 2 weeks, it's likely still dropping. Have you had it tested? If not, you should be getting that done as well. Make a doctors appointment to be looked at and figure out what's going on.
