I know you hate to hear it but you should definitely wait at least a couple of months. I had a miscarriage last year and got pregnant again the very next month. I ended up miscarrying again. My dr. told me to wait 2 -3 months and now I am 37 weeks with a baby boy.
Miscarriages are tough and the only way to fill the void is to get pregnant again. Be patient (easier said than done, I know). Everything has a way of working out.

I would wait til you get you're period first. That's what i did and i conceived that month and now im 6 months prego. Just let your body heal and get back to normal. Plus if you wait til you start your period, you'll know how far along you are if you do conceive. :)

I would wait a few months. I've heard you could miscarry again because the new embryo wouldnt have anything to attach to since they scrape everything out. You need to give your body one to heal and let your uterus regain a lining.

Honestly, yes it is. Your body needs to heal from the surgery and pregnancy. You also need to have time to grieve over your loss. I would at least wait two months to ensure your body has recovered
