Hi Michele Katy............I got this website fertilityfriend...........Thanks a lot my friend...........
Hi Michele, Katy, I have no idea about the fertility website........Can u please give me that web address?Anyway I will observe my CM. Thank you very much for your quick response. Do pray for me.
I was charting my BBT on a fertility website. It is called Fertility Friend and I highly recommend it if you decide to start doing the BBT thing. And if you do and have any questions, feel free to PM me anytime.
Anyway, on that website, they said that the first day of full flow is the first official day of your period. So that should be considered CD1. Just remember to observe your CM. Best of luck and PM me anytime!!!
Hi Michele, Katy. Thank you for that inspiring words. I will definitely observe that. For 3 months, we are trying and got dissappointed. I think may be the trouble is in my ovulation charting. I couldn't find the first day of my period ie, a brownish appearance with white fluid is observed one day and the next day no appearance of brownish or reddish colour. The day after that, the normal blood flow starts and it lasts for 3 to 4 days. Usually I am considering my first day of period is the the day which starts the normal blood flow and ignored the previous days which shows that brownish or slight red appearance. If this is the case, when is my first day? Can you give me an advice?please..........
There are also lots of other fertility signs other than the ovulation pain. Some people don't experience that pain at all, such as yourself, AND that pain can start days before ovulation actually takes place. It might mean that it is coming, but not that you are actually ovulating that day. I was one of those that would have that pain for several days.
Another fertility sign you can use is your CM (cervical mucus). The most fertile kind is the EWCM (egg white cervical mucus). Sounds kind of gross, but that is exactly what it looks like is raw egg whites. If you notice that, get busy!!
See, normally you will have your period and then shortly after that ends, you will notice a watery CM. It's like your underwear will be wet, but you won't actually see anything other than a wet spot. That watery CM normally then turns into the EWCM. You will normally have that until ovulation has taken place. Once ovulation has taken place, your CM will normally dry up until it is your period time again. Some women experience non fertile type CM before their period but not all. I don't. Everyone is different, but this is the "norm".
If you try looking at CM and you don't find that is helping you conceive, you can always chart your BBT (basal body temp.) I did that for a year to avoid pregnancy and then got pregnant, this time around, first try because I was very familiar w/ my cycle from the charting.
Oh, and sperm can live in the right atmosphere for up to 5 days. That is not typical, but possible. The more typical is for it to live for 24-48 hours, but as I said, it is possible. The fertile CM helps nourish the sperm. That's actually why we get it is to help the sperm out :)
Good luck!!!!
Thank you very much mamaofonetrying.......for the reponse..........
