pregnant 5 1/2 weeks after miscarrage?

I'm 21 years old and had my 2nd miscarrage on 6.11.11 and haven't yet come
On my period but my boobs have been really sore for almost a week. Me and my
Partner have been having unprotected sex. My period still has 4 days to arrive but last
Week I had stomach pains, will be gratefull for any advice\suggestions thankyou!!!

I miscarried on the 22 novr and am now pregnant again (4wks 1day!). I wasnt due on until the 21st but tested on the 16th with a first reponse test had got bfp. So i guess you could test and you may have a nice surprise....but then again you could get.your self all hyped up and get a false neg b/c its too early. I Only tested so early because 1. i felt pregnant and 2. I had a christmas party and didnt want to drink if i was preg.

I don't know if you guys have seen the last message I sent I MC on 6.11 at 7 weeks and MC again on 19.12 it was the 3rd this year so I have a doc app tomorrow and they are going to refer me for test at the hospital I'm only 21 so hopefully all will work out ok!

i have also heard that you are likely to get pregnant straight after a miscarriage because the body is already prepared for pregnancy and is producing the correct hormones. So i believe it is likely you could be pregnant :) test when you are due and let us know how you go :) good luck!

Also I have had one miscarriage and one abortion and right after I misscarried I got pregnant again I am now 16 weeks and 3 days :)

Your best bet is to test because I had a misscarriage and as soon as me and my nd were able to have sex again we did it unprotected and I got pregnant right away. I always heard your more likely to get pregnant again right after a misscaraige so good luck :)

when you have a miscarriage and you are trying to fall pregnant afterward, they count the start of your bleeding from yopur miscarriage as the first day of your cycle, so it is very possible that your pregnant again, two things have to happen, your hcg levels have to come down under 10 and you need to ovulate, you wont ovulate until the hcg comes down. I had a miscarriage on the 22/11 and ovulated on the 6/12 so I would wait until your due then test :)

I had a miscarriage on Jan 28.11 but gotten pregnant again 6 mnths later its very emotional to be pregnant so soon after..I'm 23 weeks :) I had cramp like pains during my first month..thought it was my period but nope I was pregnant

Sorry for your loss.  I've been there and I know what you're going through.

After a miscarriage, it takes your body a while to reset itself.  Some women start their period three weeks after, others twelve.  Since a miscarriage isn't a period, you can't really count starting with that.

Having said that, it's still possible to get pregnant right away.  I would sugest you take a test.  If it's positive call your doctor to comfirm.  It's also possible that you didn't have a complete miscarriage and the symptoms you're feeling now are from left over pregnancy tissue. (sorry if TMI)
