Seems like all the prenatal vitamins I've tried either make me super constipated or give me bad diarrhea. Does anyone have a good prenatal vitamin that doesn't do that?

Gummies!  Vita fusion is what I take my doctor actually recommended them! The only thing is you might have to take an iron supplement later in your pregnancy because there's no iron in them. But I love them give me no issues!

The only ones ive been able to take are the spring valley prenatal pills... all the other ones including the gummy ones made me sick

Have u tried concept DHA? There the ones my midwife prescribed for me, and fully covered!

Yeah, the gummy prenatals worked better for me. You can also try to take them every other day instead.

You can try similac. And The constipation could be coming from the amount of fiber and water intake.
