on new years morning i was walking home and i had gotten raped buy some guy in town..but then had on going unprotected sex with my boyfriend where as we were TTC

is there any way u can tell me when i concieved or from which guy is the father of my baby the rapist or my bf?

Oh... does the baby look like your bf? It's most likely his if your dates were correct.
