really bad headache!!!

I am 31 weeks and 3 days and I have had the worst headache for about 2 full days now. I've gone to bed with it and woken up with it just as bad :( I drink plenty of water and eat pretty well.. I am trying not to take any medicine at all but I may have to have something bc this headache is like throbbing! Anyone else? What do you take. Just Tylenol?

Took a Tylenol this morning and laid back down and fell asleep.. Woke up hour and half later and head was still throbbing :( I've gone through the day at work and making sure drinking lots of water and snacking. It's not as bad but I still have a mild headache. I don't want to overreact and call the doc over a headache but I know this can be a sign of pre eclampsia. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes only take tylenol, advil and such aren't good for baby. Though if you take tylenol, and wait an hour or two and see no improvement I recommend you going into the drs/ l & d. They'll monitor you and give you something for the headache. I know you don't want to take medication but that might be a good idea seeing as it's lastet so long. Even if you take tylenol and the headache goes away I recommend still calling your Dr just to let them know. Good luck, I hope you feel better ):
