right side pain
Im getting ready to head off to bed, laying on my left side as usual... and all of a sudden I have this SHARP pain on my right side. Right/diagonally above my hip. Im 12 weeks pregnant with twins. I have tried moving my body pillow and blankets to position myself more comfortably... but can still feel it. Pain at first was a 6/7 (small pain1-10being horrible ).. now positioned its at a 2 then a 6/7 again. Kinda like off and on...

Thankyou! All pain n discomfort went away when I rolled over onto my back. Gonna stay up just a lil bit longer to make sure I am okay.
It doesn't sound like appendicitis, and there is always the possibility one of the kids has gotten into an uncomfortable position vis a vis some of your muscles or ligaments. I'd keep watching and waiting, and if it becomes problematic, phone your doctor's after-hours number and ask for advice.
