scan at 7 weeks

my sac is 7 weeks and 3 day but no sign off a baby or heart beat,I'm so worried :(

I've heard of some ladies not seeing their babies until like 9 weeks. Before you doctor tries talking you into doing a D&C or anything drastic check out missedmiscarriage ******* it has some really good info.

Sometimes it's okay, sometimes it's not.  I saw a gestational sac with yolk sac at 5 week scan.  At 6 weeks, 2 days we saw the same thing but this time there was a fetal pole with heartbeat.  Maybe the sac measured large but they'll see a fetal pole at your next scan.  I hope that's what happens, hopefully not a blighted ovum.  Good luck.

Sometime it might just be to early to see it. I have heard you really dont see until like the 8th week. As long as your not bleeding or cramping I think you should be ok. Has the dr kept an eye on your HCG level?
