This happens very often. From experience, more so when I'm on top. During pregnancy there's an increase in blood flow to the cervix and surrounding areas, causing them to become swollen and much easier irritated. As long as there's no cramps and you're not passing clots, you should be fine. Bleeding should stop within an hour, but brown spotting might continue for a few days.
