It is so comforting to read all your responses. I am 21 weeks and I have been experiencing random sharp pains today. They come and go....was getting really worried but feel better now that i know that I am not the only one.

Yeah, I'm 21w5d and I get really sharp pains every once in a while too.
Specially right after I pee first thing in the morning.

If the pain disappers after few seconds and doesn't come back very often then it should be fine, if its happening more often or stays for long then defiantly seek medical advice. I am almost 23 weeks and have had random sharp pain all over my belly since early pregnancy but as mentioned was not constant....

its probably just stretching..ive had pain throughtout my whole pregnancy and i am 28 weeks, dr says its normal as long as it doesnt last more than a day or so and is not accompanied by bleeding. but if it gets too bad call your doctor, thats what they are they for

i had sharp pains in my tummy a couple weeks ago... i am now 24 weeks. it was only happening in my lower left side. then out of nowhere i got the same pain in my right side. my doctor seemed to think that it was from all the stretching. i havent had the pains for about a week now... im sure it was from stretching too. i would ask your doctor what he thinks, its not something you want to take any chances with.
