sick :(

Hi! Iam currently 32 wks pregnant with my third and I recently got diagnosed with a upper respitory infection at a walk in clinic (not by my o.b.). What medications are safe to take to help alleviate symptoms if a sore throat, cough, congestion etc? I've been taking plain tylenol, cough drops, using a warm mist vaporizer with the liquid vicissitudes medicine you can put into it to help you breathe and I've been rubbing bucks vapor rub in my throat and chest. Any other suggestions??? Thankyou!
