Haha I had the same question, last time I was chewing gum when I least expected I had swallow the gum. I got worry wondering if my baby would get the gum. Lol

LOL same thing that happens when you swallow it when not pregnant!! It just passes through your system. It doesn't break down or anything...it just passes along! :) No harm done- unless you swallow massive amounts!
