sleep on my back

Sometimes in my sleep I will start sleeping on my back. I can't help it. I wake up like this & don't even know how ling I've been sleeping in that position. Is it seriously bad for the baby? Any tips to keep from sleeping on my back?

Ok. Youre right. With my first baby by the time u was showing all I wa.Ted to do was sleep on my side. So I won't stress over it if I end up waking up on my back. Thankssss

You really only have to worry abt not sleeping on your back later in your pregnancy..and honestly by that time it will feel way to uncomfortable to sleep like that anyway!! ;-)

I'm 7 weeks. But even if I put a pillow won't it still put pressure on my back?

in what to expect they say not to worry if you wake up and find you've been sleeping on your back, and just to roll back over onto your side.

Try putting a pillow behind you so you cant lie flat if you roll over. its all to do with circulation but not sure just how bad it is. How far along are you? By the time i got further along i couldnt roll over without wakening up to do it!
