What over the counters can i take to sleep i gotta get up at 8am tomorrow and i didn't get up till 5pm today because i couldn't sleep I've always had to take sleep meds but what's okay to take?
I got severe back pain from this cold, and I'm not gonna Take cold medicine because they all either have alcohol or suedifed and ppl use suedifed to cook meth so I'm riding it out. And Tylenol pm is still on the shelves in my town.
I am usually on pain killers for my sacroilitis but since I've been Prego I stopped so baby isnt addicted to.them.when she's born
If you're not in pain, just take Benadryl. The sleep aid in Tylenol pm or the off brands is just diphenhydramine, which is in fact Benadryl. Don't take acetaminophen if you're not in pain.
No that's not :)....but I asked a lady who.worked in the general health department...and she said they had to take it off and shelfs AND they have been sending a generic in its place....
Yes...I've been looking for it everywhere and I just looked on their website it was on the list
