What is the best position to sleep in at 19 weeks pregnant? And is sleeping on your back bad?
I sleep on my left side it made me more comfortable. And I heard the same thing it about it cutting the baby's oxygen. I'm not very sure about that one though.
They say it's best to sleep on your left did because the baby gets more oxygen or something. And I guess sleeping on your back doesn't give the baby much oxygen. These see things that I see on this app and those are answers everytime
